One email, before you start work
Around 7 a.m. Eastern you get the new notices that match you, best first. Nothing you've already seen, nothing outside your states, nothing closing tomorrow.
Each line links straight to the official notice, so you can read the full solicitation and bid there.
How a notice earns its score
The same points for everyone, so you can trust the order. We leave out notices that close in less than two days, repeats and work outside the U.S.
| What we check | Points |
|---|---|
| It's your trade (same NAICS code as you) | up to 35 |
| The work is in a state you work in | 20 |
| It's open for bids now, not just an early notice | 20 |
| It's set aside for small businesses, or for a certification you hold (8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB) | 15 to 18 |
| There are 7 to 30 days left to prepare your bid | 12 |
Questions
- Are you part of the government?
No. BidFox is an independent company. We read the public notices the government posts on SAM.gov and tell you which ones fit you. You always bid through the official notice.
- Do I need to be registered to bid?
To bid on a federal contract you need a free SAM.gov registration. Companies and sole proprietors can both register. You can try BidFox before you do.
- I work on my own. Is this for me?
Yes. Independent contractors get the same alerts as companies.
- Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. Every email has a link to change what you get or to unsubscribe, and paid plans cancel in one click from your billing page.
