The service

BidFox, operated by [OWNER LEGAL NAME — to be completed] (Spain), sends you alerts about U.S. federal contract opportunities, selected and scored from public notices published on SAM.gov. BidFox is an independent service, not affiliated with SAM.gov or the U.S. Government.

No guarantees

We do our best, but notices can change, be withdrawn or contain errors, and we may miss some. Always read the official notice before bidding. BidFox does not guarantee that you will win any contract, and the scores are guidance only.

Free trial, plans and cancellation

New accounts get a 14-day free trial without a credit card. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

Fair use

Alerts are for your own business use. Don't resell them, scrape our website or misuse the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost contracts, profits or business opportunities.
