Who we are

What we collect and why

• Your email, name and alert preferences (trades, states, certifications), to send you the contract alerts you asked for. Legal basis: your consent, given when you sign up and confirm your email.
• A record of your consent (date, time, IP address and the text you agreed to), to be able to prove it. Legal basis: our legal obligation and legitimate interest.
• Billing details for paid plans. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Which alerts we sent you, so we never send the same opportunity twice.

Who processes it for us

Our hosting provider (Google Cloud), our web and security provider (Cloudflare), our email delivery provider and Stripe (payments). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by law (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

While you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep only the record of your consent and unsubscription, and billing records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and take it with you, by writing to [email protected]. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
