03 December 2025 Clarification: The purpose of Amendment 0003 to Solicitation W519TC-25-R-A005 is to provide the following clarification. The font, text size, and margin requirements established in Section L.1 General Instructions do not apply to Work Sample submissions, including the Attachment 0020 Project Reference Template. 20 November 2025 Update: Amendment 0002 has been posted to Solicitation W519TC-25-R-A005 to extend the closing date to 08 December 2025 at noon central, provide answers to all questions received in response to this solicitation, and provide updates to the solicitation and attachments. The U.S. Government does not intend to respond to additional questions prior to submission of proposals. 24 October 2025 Update: Amendment 0001 has been posted to Solicitation W519TC-25-R-A005 extending the closing date to 01 December 2025.
