Purpose of Amendment 0002: To clarify the "Price Submission Criteria." In addition to the submission requirements set forth in the original solicitation, all quoted prices must include a comprehensive cost breakdown. Specifically, quotes must include: Labor categories Hourly rates and associated employee benefits used to calculate wages Indirect expenses (such as Overhead and G&A) Profit rates Any other direct or indirect costs included in the total quoted price All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The purpose of this amendment 00001 is to provide formal responses to industry questions received, incorporate the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) as Attachment 8, and incorporate the Government Furnished Property (GFP) Tools and Support Equipment List as Attachment 9. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.
