This solicitation is for Base Operations Support (BOS) Services for Joint Region Marianas (JRM), Guam. Guam, the largest and southernmost island of the Marianas archipelago, is the westernmost possession of the United States. JRM Guam plays a key role in providing logistic and mission support to the operating forces for all U.S. military forces deployed in the Western Pacific. BOS Services are essential to military operations and facility maintenance on Guam and must be adaptable to JRM’s ever-changing operational environment. Sources sought notice N6274219R1199 for this procurement was posted on 15 October 2018 on NECO and FBO, and a market survey was conducted that included an assessment of relevant qualifications and capabilities of potentially qualified firms. As a result of the market research analysis, a determination was made to solicit this procurement on an UNRESTRICTED basis inviting full and open competition.
