The contract will cover the equipment outlined in the Statement of Work (see Attachment A), including but not limited to: DigitalDiagnost, Vereos PET/CT, IntelliSpace CardioVascular, Ingenia Ambition X, CombiDiagnost R90, Azurion, IntraSight, EPIQ Elite, and associated accessories, probes, and transducers. The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the required service and maintenance for the period 10/3/2026 10/2/2027. Services include (but are not limited to): regular preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and repairs, updates/patching, remote support, parts/materials/tools/labor, reporting, and quality assurance, in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations and standards as detailed in the SOW.
