Purpose: Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) and Army Sustainment Command (ASC) will host a rescheduled Industry Engagement from March 2 to March 4, 2026. This engagement was rescheduled from its original dates of January 26-28, 2026, due to weather-related complications. This event will cover a range of topics concerning the acquisition strategy for the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP), including contract structure and evaluation methods. Please note that the agenda and content for this rescheduled event will differ from what was previously planned. A detailed agenda and additional content will be provided closer to the event date. The event will be held in person at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Grapevine DFW Airport North and will include both a general session and 1-on-1 vendor breakout sessions. To accommodate a wider range of industry partners, we are proactively limiting attendance to three (3) participants from each company for all sessions, to include the General Session and 1-on-1s. Interest during the previous registration period was exceptionally high, bringing us close to the venue's capacity. This adjustment will allow for additional companies to register and participate. The maximum industry capacity for the General Session is 268 attendees, and there are 40 slots available for the 1-on-1 sessions.
