THIS IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) WHICH WILL RESULT IN THE AWARD OF A SINGLE FIRM-FIXED-PRICE (FFP) DESIGN BID-BUILD CONTRACT.THE PROJECT IS FULL AND OPEN (UNRESTRICTED) FOR BOTH LARGE AND SMALL BUSINESSES.THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION (NAICS) CODE IS 236220 - COMMERCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.THIS AWARD IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $20,000,000.00 AND $40,000,000.00.THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS $45,000,000.00.A SITE VISIT PLANNED FOR JULY 29, 2026. DETAILS CONTAINED WITHIN THIS SOLICITATION. The Government proposes to issue a single firm fixed price type contract for this project.
