The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis. This requirement is sole sourced to Traverse Solutions & Instrumentation LLC, 3210 N. Canyon Rd. Suite 207, Provo, Utah, for a Photonic Doppler Velocimetry System (P/N: 104-110200-001, 2 Each). This is the only company to make components for the PDV system that we already own and are expanding. Only the OEM can provide components for their own equipment. These components are part of our existing system. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to [email protected] no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-26-SIMACQ-D550000/E550000-0127 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
