The information obtained from this notice is for market research only and will be used to determine the method of procurement including whether to set-aside the requirement for small business or other set-aside programs. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Coast Guard is looking for sources which would be capable and interested in performing to provide a FIREFIGHTING PROTECTION SYSTEM MAINTENANCE onboard all 418’ WMSL national security cutter classes. The Coast Guard intends to award a multiple or single award multi-year IDIQ contract. The homeports for these cutters are Alameda, CA, Honolulu, HI, and Charleston, SC. A copy of the drafted specification for this requirement is attached to this notice. The applicable NAICS Code is 336611, Ship Building and Repairing and the size standard is 1,300 employees.
