SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE / MARKET RESEARCH Leased Mobile Computed Tomography (CT) Unit Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC) Indian Health Service (IHS) Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Sources Sought THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ), OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE. 1. PURPOSE The Indian Health Service (IHS) is conducting market research to identify qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing a temporary, fully operational Mobile Computed Tomography (CT) unit for the Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC). This Sources Sought Notice is being conducted under the authority of the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. § 47, and applicable requirements of HHSAR Subpart 326.71 (RFO Deviation) to determine the availability and capability of ISBEE concerns to satisfy this requirement. The information obtained through this notice will assist IHS in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy and developing the final requirement.
