Summary from the notice

The United States Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine has a requirement for packing and shipping services of inbound and outbound household effects, vehicles, containerized shipments, delivery and unpacking of incoming household effects and general cargo and other related services. The resultant contract will be a fixed-priced Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity for one base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the U.S. Government. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The Government may elect to award a single contract or multiple contracts for the same services to two or more sources under this solicitation. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference on March 20, 2018 at 14:00 (Kyiv local time), and all prospective quoters are invited to attend. See Section 3 of the attached Request for Quotation. For pre-proposal conference registration, please provide your company contact information and names of visitors no later than 12:00 on March 19, 2018 (Kyiv local time) to [email protected] .
