EFFECTIVE 29 JUNE 2021: The Chicago District has posted Amendment No. 0001 hereunder this Notice (please refer to the Attachments Section). This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 12. Under this notice, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District (USACE) is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for: CSSC ELECTRIC FISH BARRIER POWER QUALITY BUILDING UPS REPAIR, LOCKPORT, ILLNOIS A. GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS: This acquisition is pursuant to the provisions set forth by Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, “Commercial Items. In this acquisition, the contractor provide all necessary management, personnel, services, tools, meters, parts, materials, supplies, equipment except as otherwise identified herein to conduct repair to the Aquatic Nuisance Species Barrier (“Fish Barrier”) Power Quality Building Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS- Model: 9395-1100-1100-CW; S/N: EJ084BAA01 & EJ084BAA02). Pricing shall include parts, materials, deliveries, and any incidentals to perform the entire work described in the scope of work. COMPETITION FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESSES.
