James Road, Columbus, Ohio 43219 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with ScriptPro USA Inc, 5828 Reeds Road, Mission Kansas, 66202-2740. This purchase is direct with ScriptPro USA Inc. VA Central Ohio Healthcare System Pharmacy currently operates the ScriptPro Work Management System. Software and Hardware upgrades to ScriptPro are proprietary and must be brand-specific in order to be compatible with the existing robotic filling cabinets. The market research team concludes that only the identified equipment is sufficient to meet the agency s requirements, including regulatory and patient safety initiatives. From research and vendor discussion Central Ohio VA Health Care System Pharmacy is unaware of any third party or resellers that offer ScriptPro equipment and service contracts. The Government believes that only ScriptPro USA Inc. can satisfy the agency s requirement.
