6/25/2026 - Update The purpose of this notice is to post the Virtual Presolictiation Conference presentation charts. 6/11/2026 - Update The purpose of this notice is to advise of the following industry engagement opportunities for the NPSC-SR II acquisition: Virtual Presolicitation Conference: June 24, 2026 One-on-one Meetings with Potential Prime Offerors: Week of June 29, 2026 Virtual Presolicitation Conference: The NPSC-SR II source evaluation team will host a virtual presolicitation conference on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. ET. The virtual presolicitation conference is open to all interested parties. The purpose of the conference is to provide an overview of NPSC-SR II requirements and the draft request for proposal (DRFP) to improve understanding and increase efficiency in proposal preparation. The overview will be followed by a question and answer session. Individuals interested in attending the virtual presolicitation conference are requested to contact the Contracting Officer, Melissa Boughton, at [email protected] not later than 12 p.m. ET on June 22, 2026, identifying the following for each attendee: first and last name, position or title (to include the company’s respective contract manager or administrator), and company name.
