This Market Survey is issued in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.1.2.1 to solicit statements of interest and capabilities. Estimated Project Value Range: $450,000.00 - $650,000.00 Place of Performance: Boise Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) / Gowen Field 2901 Ed Stimpson Way, Boise, ID 83642 2. Project Description & Scope of Work The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mobile Asset Program, has a requirement to design and construct a finished pre-engineered metal storage garage (PEMB) at the Boise Air Traffic Control Tower (Gowen Field). The new facility will serve as an unstaffed equipment storage building to house and protect large mobile equipment trailers. Specific work items and technical parameters include: Building Structure & Dimensions: Design, fabricate, deliver, and erect a 53'-0" W x 90'-0" L x 18'-0" Eave Height (5,208 sq. ft.) gable Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) capable of meeting 2018 International Building Code (IBC) standards and 115 mph wind speeds (Exposure C).
