Please review the scope of work, specifications, and provide a quote for the requested items. Offerors are instructed to provide quote pricing inclusive of any applicable discounts. The offeror must complete the Price Breakout Schedule contained herein. The successful offeror will be determined the lowest price evaluated priced (base and all options). A single Blanket Purchase Agreement will be awarded from this RFQ.The purpose of this document is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and qualified contractors for providing all plant, labor, and materials to perform periodic and annual crane inspections and load testing services as described herein.
