This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as deviated by the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul class deviations. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and no separate written solicitation will be issued; the solicitation document attached to this notice is part of this announcement. This notice is being issued as a Request for Proposal under solicitation number 80ARC026R0007 for commercial aviation services in support of NASA airborne science. NASA Ames Research Center intends to award a single-award, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract for the provision, modification, and operation of a ski-equipped survey aircraft in a science configuration, including flight crew, maintenance, and insurance; support for integration, operation, and deintegration of the Snow4Flow instrument suite; and check, transit, and science flight operations for Arctic geophysical survey campaigns planned in the 2027 through 2029 timeframe. The maximum ordering value is $9,000,000.00 over a four-year ordering period from the date of award, plus a six-month option to extend services under FAR 52.217-8. The guaranteed minimum is $75,000.00. Services are ordered by firm-fixed-price task orders. Task Order 0001 will be issued concurrent with contract award.
