DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, has a requirement for hazardous waste collection and disposal services. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06 (effective October 10, 2025). The solicitation number is 140P8526Q0018 and is issued as a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial services contract. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, and the NAICS code is 562112 with an associated small business size standard of $47.0 million in average annual receipts.
