SUBJECT: Sources Sought Notice/RFI – B-21: Squadron Ops/Bomber Generation Squadron, Dyess AFB, Texas DISCLAIMER: This Sources Sought (SS) is for planning and market research purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or an Invitation for Bids (IFB). This notice is issued under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 2808a (Other Transaction Authority for Construction and Repair) and is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). No solicitation is available at this time. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice. PURPOSE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Fort Worth District, is conducting active public market intelligence to gauge industry interest, capacity, and capability from commercial construction firms, design-builders, and Non-Traditional Defense Contractors (NDCs). The intent is to gather critical feedback regarding advanced commercial construction methodologies, project delivery risks, and acquisition preferences to support our upcoming project delivery selection. PROJECT DESCRIPTION This project will construct a combined Squadron Operations and Bomber Generation Squadron Facility at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, approximately 167,164 gross square, to support the B-21 program, with an estimated Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) of $164,651,000.
