The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: PBXN-3 Pellets (Qty 200 each). This requirement is sole sourced to American Ordnance LLC, 17575 Highway 79 Middletown, IA 52638-9701. This is a PBXN-3 is a pressed material that is currently used in a current system and cannot be swapped with a different material. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to [email protected] no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference PMT number N68936-26-SIMACQ- D0AH280-0001 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
