The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Stewart Air National Guard Base, Newburgh, NY may issue a solicitation and award of a contract for Construct Main Gate Canopy, subject to availability of funds. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: excavation and construction of concrete foundations and footings; installation of all structural steel members; installation of the metal roofing system, gutters, and downspouts; installation of all associated electrical work, including conduit, wiring, and lighting fixtures, and final connection to the designated power source; fencing modifications; and curb realignment. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 19 March 2026. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry.
