The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and Veteran Owned Small Business sources. Â NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED OR ACCEPTED WITH THIS SYNOPSIS. THIS ISÂ NOTÂ A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS.
