UT-OURAY NWR-SEPTIC REPAIR The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Ouray National Wildlife Refuge, located in Randlett, Uintah County, Utah has a requirement for septic system and drainfield replacement/repairs. This requirement is for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Construction contract. The contractor shall replace or repair the septic system drainfield, lines, risers, and any other components as necessary to ensure the septic system is fully functional, operable, and appropriately protected from freezing. All work shall adhere to industry standards and applicable state or county codes. The entire system must be adequate for all required uses, including up to 15 employees and a public restroom. Site visits are scheduled for Monday, August 17, and Monday, August 24, at 11:30 am MDT. Site Visit registration and meeting location information can be found in Section L of the solicitation, under FAR clause 52.236-27. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the provisions of the FWS solicitation and attached documents. The acquisition is a Total Small Business set-aside. All responsible sources with Small Business status may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered.
