This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) Part 12 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District, requires Water Treatment Plant Operator Services at East Branch Clarion River Lake located at 631 East Branch Dam Road, Wilcox, Pennsylvania 15870. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, testing, supplies, and incidentals necessary to operate, inspect, maintain, test, and perform minor repair services for the potable water treatment system in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).The potable water treatment system supports campground facilities, concession facilities, sanitary disposal stations, boat launch restroom facilities, administrative buildings, maintenance buildings, and vacant dwellings.
