NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit on a competitve basis for the repair of the items below: NOMENCLATURE:ALTIMETER,ENCODING NSN: 7R 6610 012590251 PART NUMBER:518-28007-204 PLATFORM: c130 QTY:13 Limited Sources permitted by 10 USC 3204 (a)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).The Government intends to acquire these supplies using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 15. Based upon market re search, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies.
