Announcement of Contract Consolidation Strategy for Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and Fielding Support Agency: Department of Defense (DoD) / Department of the Army Program Office: CPE C2IN, multiple PMs Anticipated NAICS Code(s): 541330 (Engineering Services), 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services), 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services) 1. Purpose and Intent The purpose of this Special Notice is to notify industry partners of an upcoming acquisition strategy realignment within the Command, Control, and Information Network (CPE C2IN) portfolio. To optimize mission delivery, eliminate functional redundancies, and drive operational efficiencies across all subordinate Project and Product Management offices, CPE C2IN is initiating a phased consolidation of portions of more than twenty (20) disparate legacy SETA and fielding contracts.
