Please see attached documents. The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to: Provide the final SOW as Attachment “SOW”. As a result, “DRAFT SOW” has been removed from this Notice. The word “Draft” preceding all instances of the phrase “Statement of Work” is deleted from this Notice. Replace Attachment “Amendment 0004 Pricing Table and CLIN Structure Rearrangement” with “Amendment 0005 Pricing Table and CLIN Structure Clarification”. Offerors shall fill in “Amendment 0005 Pricing Table and CLIN Structure Clarification” with pricing information and submit the completed Excel sheet with their quote. Replace Attachment “RFQ” with “RFQ Rev. 01” Note that revisions are marked in red text and deleted text is struck through. Submission date is extended to 26 July 2023 at 1400. Amendment 0004 is update the Section B Pricing Table that was provided in Amendment 0003 to reflect step ladder pricing as well as rearrange the CLIN structure.
