The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Midwest Consortium (MIDCON) has a need for contracted Magnetic Resonance Safety Expert (MRSE) virtual coverage. The contractor shall provide virtual support for participating sites for MRSE assistance and guidance in the MIDCON area, Veterans Integrated Services network (VISNs 15 and 23). The contractor shall provide non-personal, non-inherently governmental services in support of magnetic resonance safety at an all-inclusive price. Contractor and contractor personnel shall not be designated as government officials nor make any inherent governmental decisions. Contractor personnel may not supervise or otherwise direct Government employees. The contractor shall support all participating sites in their Magnetic Resonance Safety needs. A comprehensive list of actual requirements will be included in the Performance Work Statement and within the solicitation package document. The period of performance for this requirement consists of five (5) one (1) year ordering periods. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this requirement is 19 Millon.
