Responses are strictly voluntary. Respondents will not be compensated, and all information becomes property of the Government upon submission. Additionally, the Government reserves the right to revise and refine contract requirements before the release of any associated solicitation. 1. Title. Loading Dock Concrete Repair 2. Background. The Central Virginia VA Health Care System is requesting loading dock concrete repair at the Richmond VA Medical Center (VAMC). The loading dock treads and risers are damaged and is a safety concern. Period of Performance: project should take approximately 90 days to complete. 3. Scope. This statement of work outlines the labor, materials, safety requirements and construction processes required to repair the loading dock structure at the Richmond VA Medical Center. All work shall be performed in accordance with VA Design Guides, VA Master Specifications, OSHA 29 CFR 1926, and applicable state, federal, and local regulations.
