The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives of properties meeting the following requirements: State: Colorado City: Greenwood Village Delineated Area: North: East Belleview Ave South: E. Orchard Road West: Interstate 25 East: S. Dayton St Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):5,361 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,361 Space Type: Office & Laboratory Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 6 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 6 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 1. Employee must have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 2. The (6) parking spaces reserved for Government Owned Vehicles must be located within 100 feet of the building. 3. There must be parking available for employees and visitors. 4. There must be two entrances/exits with electronic locking mechanisms and remote release and audio/video capabilities. 5.
