Amendment 0002: Extend Bid due date to May 13,2026 2:00 PM CT. 1. Consider a quote for materials only. No. The Government will not consider a materials-only quote for this requirement. The solicitation is for a complete firm-fixed-price generator replacement, including all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, removal of existing equipment, installation, electrical integration, commissioning, load testing, training, and closeout documentation. Offerors must submit a complete turnkey quote that satisfies the full Statement of Work. Materials-only pricing will not be considered responsive to the solicitation. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation and Statement of Work remain unchanged. 2. Please advise if replacing the roof structure and new generator exhaust shall be included in the SOW as an alternate. The existing generator roof/cover structure is not identified in the Statement of Work for replacement. The Government does not intend to add replacement of the roof/cover structure as an alternate at this time. The existing roof/cover structure is bolted to the supporting steel posts and can be temporarily unbolted and removed, if necessary, to allow removal of the existing generator and installation of the new generator.
