20 February 2026 Bidder's Library & Draft RFP Q&A Now Available The Bidder's Library is posted, which you can find in the "Attachments/Links" section. All documents in the library are marked with a "BL" prefix in their titles. A Bidder's Library Index has also been posted. Additionally, the initial set of Questions and Answers for the Draft RFP is now available in the same section. Please note that this is not a complete list, and we will post more responses as they become available. Access Requirements All documents are considered Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). To be granted access, you must have a current and approved DD Form 2345 on file. To access the materials, please complete the following steps: Submit Request on SAM.gov: Initiate an access request for the documents. The CAGE code on your request must match the CAGE code listed on your approved DD Form 2345. Provide Verification: After submitting your request, email a copy of your approved DD Form 2345 to Ms. Stephanie Tancik at [email protected].
