The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to replace the existing 7.5-ton Armstrong HVAC system and install one (1) new energy efficient Carrier HVAC system or equivalent. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to remove the existing unit and install a new HVAC unit located John H. Kerr Reservoir Visitor Assistance Center (VAC), 1930 Mays Chapel Road, Boydton, VA 23917 in Mecklenburg County, Virginia. The Contractor shall complete all work within 180 days from date of award. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This solicitation is a 100% set aside for Small Businesses.
