FCC TERRE HAUTE BREAD NOVEMBER 2026 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 2027 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex located in Terre Haute, Indiana, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for the requirements of: FCC Terre Haute BREAD FY27 prepared in accordance with FAR 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311812 with an employee size maximum of 1000. See the attached Statement of Work for specifications. The period of performance is November 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. Deliveries Need to begin on November 1, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802. The Government reserves the right to make a single, or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, and past performance.
