Answer #1: We appreciate your attention to Government per diem policy and practice. For this 12 May 2026 event and these attendees, this policy is not applicable, although we are mindful of cost. *** Question #2: Please clarify Performance Work Statement Paragraph 1.4.1: Performance shall be at contractor selected venue, approved by Contracting Officer, at a central location within the State of Delaware generally no further north than Wilmington, Delaware, and no further south than the Delaware/Maryland border.
