Summary from the notice
On or about 4 June 2026, The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Omaha District, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for the rehabilitation of roads and grounds of Oahe Dam Project north of Pierre SD. The SATOC will be for a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on roadways at Oahe Dam near Fort Pierre, SD. The contractor shall be required to furnish all materials, equipment and personnel necessary to manage and complete the Task Orders. The ask order may include work and materials for reconditioning/resurfacing roads and improving drainage paths include, but is not limited to: Earthwork and Excavation Installation of Geotextile Fabric Cold Milling of Bituminous Pavement Asphalt Crack Sealing Aggregate Base Course Supply and Install Chip Seal/Fog Seal Concrete Pavement (4"-6" depth) and Curb/Gutter Full Depth Reclamation of Asphalt Pavement Pavement Paint Application (Shoulder, Centerline, Parking Area, Stop Line, Handicap Symbols) Seeding and Erosion Blanket Storm Drainage Piping This work will also include the development and implementation of a stormwater prevention plan, construction staking of grades, and maintenance of traffic while working on or around roadways.
