U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: KY City: Louisville Delineated Area: North: I- 264 up to the Junction of I- 71 and I- 264 South: I – 265 East: I- 265 West: I – 65 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,732 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,732 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 6 secure; 4 outside Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 150 Years Additional Requirements: -The leased space must be contiguous, Class A or B space, and in a professional environment. The Building shall project a professional and aesthetically pleasing appearance, including an attractive front and entrance way. -Must be located on the 1st or 2nd floors -Space will contain high security vault Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility (ABAAS), seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than November 24, 2017 at 4:00 PM EST, and should include the following information at a minimum.
