This pre-solicitation notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24226B0058 Project Number 632-23-102 for the Replace Roof Building 92 at the Northport VA Medical Center located on 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768. This project will be 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). Competition for this procurement is restricted to verified SERVICE- DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) Contractors. The SDVOSB must be a small business under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in SBA s Small Business Search and https://www.sam.gov. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, size standard: $45million. IAW VAAR 852.219-10 the VIP listed SDVOSB.
