Amendment 0006 The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to the following industry questions. As a result, the RFQ closing date and time is extended to Friday, 31 July 2026, 1200 EST. The formal Question and Answer (Q&A) period for this solicitation is not extended under this amendment. No further inquiries are accepted. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Question: Do the students entering this training already possess Awareness and/or Operations-level qualification/training in Rope Rescue (NFPA 1006 Ch. 5) and Confined Space Rescue (NFPA 1006 Ch. 7), or should the contractor plan to build this training from a baseline with no prior technical rescue qualification?
