Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies and services prepared in accordance this is a notice of intent to award a Sole Source contract in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulations Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation and attachments are included. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.GOV. Quoters shall follow the method of quote submission set forth in the solicitation. Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if it's determined only one source is reasonably available to satisfy agency requirements, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA intends to solicit on a sole source basis – on behalf of the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) – to Stratasys, Inc. for the maintenance and repair service plan for a government-owned Stratasys 450mc 3D-printer.
