Page 1 of Page 4 of 4 Page 1 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO 8), on behalf of the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, intends to issue a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Task Order with a base year and three one year option periods to GE Healthcare, a Large Business (LB). Task Orders will be placed against the national High Technical Medical Equipment (HTME) contract VA797H 17 D 0024. GE Healthcare shall provide full service maintenance coverage for Government owned GE imaging equipment. GE Healthcare is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127, the Veterans First Contracting Program, this requirement does not meet the Rule of Two. Therefore, the requirement will be awarded using other than competitive procedures, as GE Healthcare is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $34 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J065, Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies.
