Amendment 0001- The purpose of this amendment is to provide the responses to all RFIs submitted by the August 24th deadline. Additional questions will only be accepted if they relate directly to one of the government responses. Follow-up questions must be submitted by August 28th, at 1200 JST. As of now, there will not be an extension in the proposal submission deadline. If an updated SOW and drawings are not provided before the deadline, the answers in the RFIs will take precedence over any conflicting information within the documents. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The 356th Expeditionary Theater Support Group (356 ETSG/CONS) Contracting Office is posting this solicitation for two (2) design-build construction projects to deliver storage shelters at Misawa Air Base, Japan. Complete project requirements, technical specifications, and performance parameters are detailed in the corresponding attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) and project drawings. The following are the ROMs for each site: Project Magnitude / ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude): Site 1 (C-1) Applicable Proposal ROM: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 Site 2 (A-1) Applicable Proposal ROM: $3,000,000 to $7,000,000 1.
