Summary from the notice
The Contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services to provide Strategic Energy Manager (SEM) expertise to support sustainment of certification of the most recent International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 50001 Energy Management System (EnMS) for the WR-ALC at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), GA. Applicable to GSAR 538.7104-3(b) (ii) - Only one source is capable of providing the products, services, or solution required at the level of quality required because the products, services, or solutions are unique or highly specialized. This solicitation is being issued as a sole source acquisition to Global Strategic Energy, LLC (CAGE: 54LA5) utilizing procedures stated in GSAR 538.7103-3. Due to current GSA eBuy system errors, this solicitation is hereby posted on SAM.gov. Issuing this order directly under GSA Schedule GS-21F-155AA aligns with the SAF/AQC strategic imperative to leverage existing contracting solutions, minimizes procurement lead time, eliminates redundant solicitation overhead, and delivers the best value at the lowest overall cost to the Government.
