*** The PIID for this acquisition has been updated from W912ER25RA022 to W912ER26RA004 due to the change in Fiscal Year before release - All solicitation documentation for W912ER26RA004 can be found at the link below; however, please search for W912ER25RA022 for related notices to this solicitation. *** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), through its Middle East District (SWM) anticipates soliciting and awarding a contract to provide the necessary construction services as described below. The project is located at Muwaffaq-Salti Air Base approximately 100km East of Amman, Jordan. This will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) Design-Bid-Build (DBB) contract awarded on the basis of full and open competition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 ? Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 36 ? Construction and Architect Engineer Contracts. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this forthcoming Solicitation or any follow up information requests. SWM is evaluating the ability of firms to construct a Secure Storage Facility (SSF). The SSF includes a single-story open storage warehouse for Critically Controlled Assets (CCA) and a single-story US Government (USG) SSF manager?s administration facility with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and necessary utilities.
