Portfolio Acquisition Executive Maritime (PAEM) is issuing solicitation N6117727R5001 for the award of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contracts (IDIQ-MACs) for Continuous Maintenance Availabilities (CMAVs), Emergent Maintenance (EM), and short-term Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) availabilities. This solicitation is for the procurement of maintenance, repair and modernization of non-nuclear surface ships (including Guided-Missile Cruisers (CGs), Guided Missile Destroyers (DDGs), Expeditionary Sea Bases (ESBs), Guided-Missile Frigates (FFGs), Amphibious Command Ships (LCCs), Littoral Combat Ships (LCSs), Landing Helicopter Assaults (LHAs), Landing Helicopter Docks (LHDs), Landing Platform Docks (LPDs), Landing Ship Docks (LSDs), and Mine Countermeasures Ships (MCMs) homeported in or visiting the Norfolk region. PAEM intends to award IDIQ-MACs based on the qualifications and capabilities of the Contractor in the following two categories: MAC A, where all holders can complete all requirements; and MAC B, where all holders can complete work associated with CMAVs and EM on non-critical systems.
