This notice is issued solely for market research, information, and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. 2. PURPOSE The United States Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing leased, off-base commercial office space in a 10-mile radius of Hanscom AFB, MA, 01731 3. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS To be considered, the proposed space must meet the following minimum parameters: Space Type: Classification Feasibility: Explicitly state what classification levels the space can support today (e.g., Unclassified, Secret/Collateral, TS/SCI, JWICS) and what upgrades would be required to meet higher levels. If no current classification levels exist, is there an ability to add them? Would upgrades remain in place once contract ends? The Government is assessing the full spectrum of security capabilities available in the local market. Please feel free to respond with what you currently have to offer, even if your facility does not meet all preferred security thresholds.
