This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAW26Q0028 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Red Rock Lookout Renovation on the Plumas National Forest. The goal of this project is to complete deferred maintenance upgrades to the existing Red Rock Lookout.
