Contracting Officer (CO): Amanda Foley, [email protected] Procurement Strategy: This acquisition is to establish a fixed-price, single-award, open-market Blanket Purchase Agreement BPA for insulating floor matting and ribbed floor matting products. The BPA will be established in accordance with commercial acquisition procedures under FAR Part 12.201-1(e)(3) (GSA Class deviation RFO-2025-12). The total estimated value of the BPA is $4.5 Million and will expire five years from the effective date. Any quantities, or historical demand information provided by the Government are estimates only. They are provided for evaluation and planning purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of order. Refer to the Contractor Response Document Spreadsheet (CRDS) for estimated quantities. This BPA does not commit to the government to pay any cost for the preparation and submission of a proposal. Furthermore, the government is under no obligation to procure any supplies or services related to this request. You are reminded that the contracting officer (CO) is the only person who can legally commit the government to the expenditure of funds in connection with this requirement.
